Form Type*
You can select both types of forms. Some people are using the visitor log for deliveries & visitors, and the sign in/out for staff. This means you will have extra buttons on your landing page. If you choose both, please specify in the additional comments how you want us to title the visitor log (e.g. is it for visitors, deliveries etc)
